Siobhan Davies Dance, London. Solo Exhibition 2013. Site-specific installation
Working with the building’s use as a dance studio and the peculiar architecture of the building, the work experiments with the existing designed surfaces, materials and colours to become a counterpart to the architecture. ‘panelling’ are vacuum-formed and painted reproductions of sound-proof panels taken from the dance studios’ walls.
